What can I buy in the Prize Writing store?
Articles and other content for use in a print, email or web newsletter. Soon we will be offering addition marketing items in the store.

How much does an article cost?
Articles cost 4 cents per word. When you purchase an article in the store, you are buying a single use license to use the article.

How many articles can I license at once?
There is no limit to the number of articles you can license. We currently limit the Article Store shopping cart to orders of $400 or less. If you'd like to order more than $400, please contact us for ordering instructions.

Can I edit the articles that I license?
Yes. You can edit them to fit your newsletter.

Do I have to list Prize Writing as the source of the articles in my newsletter?
No, you don't have to credit Prize Writing.

Can I put my name as the author of the articles that I license?
No. You cannot claim that you or anyone else wrote the Prize Writing articles you license. You also cannot make any claims that indicate that your company created the articles.

Can I make special request for article topics?
Yes--use our contact form to suggest article topics. We write on a wide variety of topics, and we welcome your suggestions, ideas and requests.

I live outside the U.S.--can I license your articles?
No. We only license for use within the United States.

Can I get an extended use license?
We also offer a limited number of multi-use licenses (good for graphic design/marketing businesses) and "reseller" licenses for businesses selling a VDP or newsletter template product. If you are interested in either of these licenses, please contact us for more information.
